All orders are prepared by hand in our small-batch atelier and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

We ship all domestic orders via USPS and UPS to ensure safe and timely arrival.
Estimated Delivery Windows
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Expedited options are available at checkout and typically arrive within 2–3 business days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and method. We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over $65.
Tracking Information
A tracking link will be sent to your email the moment your shipping label is created, allowing you to follow your package's journey.
Address Changes
If you need to adjust your shipping details, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package experiences an unexpected delay, goes missing, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will personally ensure the issue is resolved with care.
Domestic Shipping Availability
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Local Pickup — Coming Soon
Local pickup will be available for select MARIJAI orders once we are fully launched. Additional pickup details, including availability and instructions, will be provided at checkout once this option goes live.
